Abstract

The main part of the learning process is implementation of information technologies , which are
very effective and aimed to raise the level of student's improvement ability, personality, interests,
needs, personality cognitive activity, searching process of new students, self-cultivation,
reinforcement of communication processes, complex learning of phenomena, increasing the
flexibility of the educational process and its renovation, dynamism, the possibility of usage to the
maximum extent your leisure, methods and forms transformation of organization extra-curricular
student's life and usage to the maximum extent your leisure.
The primary objective of education process' information richness is development of person's culture
of information.
The information culture is a special conception which is eligible for all requirements of modern
information society.
The information culture - is technoliteracy, information communication, skills of dialogue's
communication, the realization of effective process information’s' search.
In this article are emphasized the conditions of formation informational and communicative
student's competence during educational process.
The author of this article underlines the process of information's systematization and
communication technologies, the implementation of educational and professional student's activity
by means of information-communicative object environment, etc.
