One of today's topical issues is the impact of social and economic and political changes in the society on the formation of human personality qualifications. It is described in the "Human Rights Convention" in the Concept of Humanitarian Education in the Republic of Kazakhstan (1996), based on common civic national values ​​and moral ideas in accordance with the democratic transformations in our society (1996) and the Law on Education (2007). The main purpose of education is to bring a person out of the ordinary familiar consciousness, to elevate the level of culture, to create self-centered beliefs based on his humanistic outlook and human success, and to elevate civilization through the personality's personality and culture.
