Modern education content is undergoing major changes. Modernization of the content of education is a combination of good modeling and educational and educational process with a wide range of new approaches, providing a quality education, a bright future, and a set of achievements. According to the State Program of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2016-2019 "Ensuring equal access to quality secondary education, intellectual, physical and spiritual development in a rapidly changing world, successful citizen formation" Paradigm requires a transition from knowledge oriented to "Qualified Person" to knowledge oriented to the "Man of Culture." A new organization of education requires deeper reconsideration of its philosophical, psychological, pedagogical foundations, theories and practices.
